Dosa is a fermented crepe or pancake made from rice batter and black lentils.
It is rich in carbohydrates and contains no sugar or saturated fats. It is gluten-free and contains protein. There are various varieties of Dosas - cheese, onion, vegetables, mexican, masala etc and they are served with Chutney and or pickles.
