The Vegetarian Society of East Tennessee (VSET) welcomes guest chef Jim
Harb this Sunday, October
7, 6 PM at our regular monthly meeting, to be held at the Tennessee Valley
Unitarian Universalist Church, 2931 Kingston Pike. Mr. Harb will teach us
how to make hummus, a Middle Eastern garbanzo bean dip, a dish he
describes as creamy, delicious and nutritious. The cost is $2 per person.
A potluck supper follows with vegan options available.

Our cooking class schedule is now booked up through next spring! Come
hear all about this coming Sunday, October 7.
