Jogging Experience zone - 조깅 - around the DC monuments!

We have many people who exercise with running...

And so we will try it in DC.

We will meet at the metro entrance on the mall, and then jog around the Tidal Basin... seeing the Jefferson Memorial, FDR memorial, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, and beautiful views.

This is not a long jog, but you should be in shape for 3 to 4 miles (5 to 6 kilometers), jogging for up to an hour.

This is a casual jogging event... we may stop for photos, or to wait for people to catch up.

Plan:

* Meet & wait for late people - 15 minutes

* Bio break (bathrooms) at nearby museum

* Start run/jog.

* End run - near where we started.

There is parking on the street in the area, for those who are driving.  Make sure you allow extra time to find a parking spot and to get to the meetup location.

    For those going today (or any time) - you can dress in "layers". You may want a light jacket to travel there. But when jogging you will warm up, and may want to tie the jacket around your body.     (mapping walking / jogging may be different from where we go, because we can jog on the grass!)
