Classes are designed to give participants the necessary tools for self protection/defense to counter surprise violent attacks. Commando Krav Maga is a system of self defense that has evolved over time to deal with modern day issues. Class focuses on Gun Disarms, Knife Disarms, Ground Survival, Counters against Strikes, Multiple Opponents, Deescalation, and much more.

* Takedown and Control Techniques
* Impact Weapons
* Improvised Weapons
* Multiple Attackers
* Mental & Physical Training
* Pre and Post Conflict Techniques
* Car Jacking & Home Invasion Defense

 

No Previous Experience Necessary, All Levels of Fitness Welcome
