Kundalini Yoga uses breathing patterns, physical exercise, meditation and the chanting of mantras to create a sense of well-being and connectedness. It equalizes the hormone-balance in brain and body, calms the nervous system, detoxes waste from lymphatic vessels and other organs, stimulates the immune system, and last but not least, removes mental and emotional blocks that keep us from bringing our potentials into fruition.

Kundalini Yoga gives you the opportunity to let go of stress and tension, and to connect with your core self. Come and find abundance and peace from within, rather than depending on gratification from outside.

In New York a former employer of mine once diagnosed me with a condition of Severe Happiness - and I can assure you it's all in the Kundalini. Come and experience it yourself. It's hard work and it will make you sweat! But you'll be rewarded. Not only with relaxation and a strengthened sense of self, but also with a cup of sweet, hot, home-brewed Chai at the end of class.
