Who can do Breathwalk?
Since Breathwalk is scaleable, anyone who is physically fit enough to walk , pay attention and learn can benefit from doing Breathwalk. From the most sedentary person wanting to improve their fitness to extreme sports enthusiast who want to stay motivated and focused under stress, Breathwalk helps them reach their goals.

Ways To Use Breathwalk?
Use it for personal growth. The potential for personal growth with Breathwalk is extraordinary. You experience increased connectedness to your sense of spirit, higher levels of energy, a more refined mental clarity, and a better command of your moods. Study with a certified Instructor or use our MP3 programs to learn all 20 Breathwalk Programs.
Want to lose weight and improve your overall fitness?
Use Programs 7 & 4, walking at least twice a week. Start with a time comfortable for you and increase it weekly until you can comfortable walk for at least an hour.
Developed your personal sense of clarity and peace?
Use Program 6, walking at least three times a week. Start with a time and pace comfortable for you and increase it weekly until you can comfortable walk for at least an hour.
Interested in lifespan vitality for positive aging? (Lower stress, improve memory and metabolic vitality)
Use Program 2 for novice efforts and Program 13 as you increase your capacity.

As a Certified Breathwalk Instructor (check the Events and Training tab) you have the opportunity to make a difference - to uplift others and create a better world. Making a difference starts with sharing. Sharing begins with a walk and a talk. When you share these techniques you directly impact and elevate others. One of the greatest impacts we can have is to increase our sense of connectedness to each other and the world. When we walk on the same path together, breathe the same breath, move in the same rhythm, we can feel that connection more clearly. We can communicate powerfully from our heart.
Coaches and therapists have found that adding a Breathwalk to a session as an adjunct to standard protocols is a powerful aid to help clients break old states, develop new resources for change, increase a sense of personal presence and empowerment, and to facilitate personal insight and connectedness with others.
