For BEGINNERS - Yoga with Nadya (in English)

Who wants to try and to discover this ancient yoga, to relax after difficult day and recharge himself, to feel cheerful, healthy, stable, calm, confident and balanced. Finish your day with a Kundalini Yoga class and deep meditation and you will see how great your life will be. At this class we will do special kriyas for life energy, beautiful and young body, stronger nervous systems, balanced glands system, internal balance, intuition, confidence, better relations with people and realization of your full potential!
I am practising as Kundalini yoga, as well Sat Nam Rasayan - ancient meditative healing art - to feel the state of the group and choose an essential kriya and to contribute to a deeper meditation and relaxation during the class.
Everyone is welcome!!
1,5 hour of yoga practicing and you will change your life to the better!)
The class is for all levels.
You shouldnt have an experience or specific knowledge to practise Kundalini. It's simple, but very precise and effective already after 11 minutes of practising.
