I am practising as Kundalini yoga, as well Sat Nam Rasayan - ancient meditative healing art - to feel the state of the group and choose an essential kriya and to contribute to a deeper meditation and relaxation during the class.

The class is for all levels.
You shouldnt have an experience or specific knowledge to practise Kundalini. It's simple, but very precise and effective already after 11 minutes of practising.
