What connection do you have to Hip-Hop? It doesn't have to be substantial, but are you a fan, artist, enthusiast, etc.? Please elaborate a bit.

I have been a fan of Hip Hop since 1979 and I support what I call REAL Hip Hop. Hip Hop is a beautiful artform when executed correctly. I believe a lot of toay's Hip Hop has been dumbed down by the 'powers at large' on purpose to dilute it's power and it's ability to elevated the thinking of it's fans.

What do you plan to achieve once you join?

I would like to help clear people's thinking when it comes to Hip Hop. I want to influence fans of Hip Hop to hold artist accountable to what they are saying on the Mic. If they are spitting garbage don't support them. If these hip hop artist have no integrity and will say and do anything for a paycheck- don't support them. But for the Hip Hop artist that stay true to LYRICAL CONTENT and MICROPHONE SKILLS- we should support them 100%. I feel if we ignore this Hip Hop will eventually become extinct like Soul Music.

Who are your favorite Hip-Hop acts?

My favorite Hip Hop artist (not acts, that sounds like they're fake) Rakim, LL Cool J, KRS ONE, Chuck D, Run DMC, Mos Def, Tribe Called Quest, 2 Pac, EPMD, to begin with :)

Introduction

Hey, what's up. My name is Emanuel Stone but my friends call me E-Stone and I LOVE HIP HOP! I was actually thinking about starting a Hip Hop group myself which makes finding this group a pleasant surprise. I support real Hip Hop only.
