In Memory of Manuel "Manny" of El Tepeyac
I just received news that Manuel "Manny" of Manuel's Original
El Tepeyac Cafe just passed away yesterday due to old age...
I've met Manny several times before at the old El Tepeyac, and one thing I can say about Manny was that he was always full of spirit and energy. I don't know anybody at his age who had so much energy and was always in high spirits. Manny was very youthful. In fact, he always greeted every single customer that walked into the restaurant a shot of tequila, loved to joke around, and always hollered at the ladies. His energy was just contagious and you just couldn't help but to enjoy being around Manny. I know he's going to be missed dearly by his customers, his friends, and especially his family. My condolences to Manny's family. R.I.P. Manny.
