Quite a lot of people have been asking me to host an Indonesian food meetup dinner, so here is the answer to all your prayers hahaha, sim sala bim ... hehehe ...

Indonesian Authentic Ethnic Cuisine Family Style Package hahaha ... hmmmmh so yummy, see even my tummy starts singing and playing music ... and my own saliva and tongue are not helping either as they seem to voluntarily agree here --> hahaha ;-)

So let's have these amazing Indonesian Authentic Ethnic Cuisine family style dinner together. Everyone will get to taste all these 10-12 most famous and popular sampler courses of Indonesian food cuisine at a very reasonable and affordable price.

We may have the following dishes:

~ pempek telor (kapal selam): famous south sumatera appetizer fish cake with an egg inside (this is very popular and all Indonesians know and love this ... so mouth-watering, it's not easy for me to continue writing this with the imagination of the foods in my mind ... haha)

~ gado-gado: Indonesian salad with peanut sauce

~ ayam goreng kremes: special marinated fried whole chicken

~ rendang sapi: a famous marinated beef rendang, a characteristic of Minangkabau culture

~ sayur asem: popular sweet & sour mixed vegetable soup

~ nasi goreng merah: tomato fried rice

~ kwetiaw goreng: fried rice noodle with soy sauce Indonesian style (quite similar to Thai pad see yew)

~ sate ayam/babi: chicken/pork satay with Indonesian peanut+sweet soy sauce

~ udang mentega saus kecap: butter soy sauce shrimps

~ ikan goreng balado: fried tilapia fish with special spicy balado sauce

ps. I may reserve one item in case you would like to have more or second portion of the same one we all just tasted.

Any questions/suggestions, feel free to let me know ... Please bring CASH for easy split ... ;-)

I will share and explain to you about Indonesian foods and culture so you could appreciate it more and better. I may tell you some Indonesian myths/tales and show you some pictures/postcards to have a better understanding and visualization of the culture and places :)
