Woofs and wags my doodle friends! If you can help distribute these treats we would LOVE your help! I would love to have them handed out at the dog park on Meetup day. If anyone can come and get oh, maybe 1,000 that would be great. Ok, 500 but you're welcome to hand them out to ALL people at the park, you'll be their new best friend! The box that holds the treats actually is small and clips to your waist like a training pouch. And it's reusable!

Press Release!

Santa Claws Comes Early To Seattle Dogs!

Seattle, WA December 10, 2008 Santa came early this year, and when he did, he wasn't driving a sleigh full of toys, but a semi truck full of 10,000 free Scooby Snacks, that's over a ton! This weighty windfall left Reading with Rovers Executive Director, Becky Bishop, asking herself, "What would Scooby do?" After a brief paws, Bishop decided to undertake an ambitious "re-gifting" program that would rival even ol' St. Nick's annual gift-giving enterprise.

Actually, it wasn't Santa at all, but Del Monte Foods who generously donated and delivered over 34 cases of Scooby Snacks to Reading with Rover, and fortunately for some local lucky dogs, Reading with Rover believes in sharing their good fortune through the magic of re-gifting!

So, Seattle area kids, you better not cry! You better not pout! The Rovers have treats, and they're handin' them out! Don't be surprised if one of the Reading with Rover dogs drops down your schools chimney to deliver some holiday cheer, along with some savory Scooby Snacks for you to share with you favorite furry friend.

Gilda's Club, Ronald McDonald House, and several local elementary schools, where the Rovers spread their pro-literacy message, as well as some local animal shelters, will be the lucky ruff-cipients of the Reading with Rover howliday treats!

And the Rovers exclaimed ere they loped out of sight, "Furry Christmas to all, and to all a free bite!

If you have a program that could benefit from Scooby Doo training treats Executive Director for Reading With Rover, Becky Bishop would love to hear from you. Please visit or call[masked]
