My events are always geared toward providing a zero stress environment where conversation and connecting are the primary focus. You don't have to be "on" to attend the events. The shy, introverted and low key are welcomed. The extroverts, conversationalists and life of the party ladies are encouraged to bring their A-game to add zest to any event.

I started this group in 2007 and recently had the pleasure of attending a totally non-meetup event that included several women who have bonded as a result of meeting through me.  They were meeting for brunches, shopping, attending each others weddings ans just keeping in touch.  I loved it!! It reminded of me what inspired me to start the group.  

I have always loved shows like the Golden Girls, Girlfriends, Designing Women, Sex and the City: movies like Beaches, Sisterhood of the travelling Pants, Waiting to Exhale, etc.  There is something undeniably special about having friends for life.  We should all be so lucky.  This city makes it tough, but I am ready to give it my best shot.
