Developing Blackberry Playbook apps with Adobe AIR

I'm very excited about the Blackberry Playbook and have started writing an AIR app that I'm going to submit to their developer contest in hopes of winning a free Playbook. At our meeting next week, I'll be talking about the Playbook, what you need to get up and running with the SDK, and I'll walk you through what I've been working on.

Over the course of the talk, you'll learn a little bit about Flex 4.5 components and skinning as well.

Should be fun and I hope to see you there!

Watch this video from Engadget for a preview of what the Playbook can do.

And watch this video interview with Renaun Erickson, Flash Platform Evangelist at Adobe, where he talks about how the Playbook uses AIR.
