This group is for anyone who is interested in hiking, running/walking, aerobic exercise and exploring other forms of exercise. All skills and Fitness levels are welcome. I am starting this meet up group to help encourage people to workout, and to meet new people who a are also interested in being active.
A little about my self in case you have not met me yet. I hold a certificate in fitness instruction and personal training. I have been instructing classes for a year. I am extremely passionate about fitness. My main goal is to positively impact the lives of people I am instructing through fitness. I understand the struggles of getting fit but we all have to start somewhere.
