1 - unoaked chardonnay
2 - a torrontes
3 - a riesling
4 - Captain's Choice -- one of the most interesting and delicious (and not sweet) white wines I've ever tasted. It's a blend of Chardonnay and Muscadine. By Old North Oaks Winery in Mt. Airy. I have few bottles here, for private us.
5. - a sauvingnon blanc, possibly Veramonte (Chilean) -- outstanding
