Hello! My name is Christina Stephens and I am the Owner of Decanted, a local company that specializes in wine events. I have been in business for approximately two years and I am a certified sommelier who enjoys teaching people about wine.

How often do you drink wine?

Since drinking wine is a key aspect of my career...I find myself drinking wine quite often. But there is definitely a difference in drinking wine for pleasure and drinking it for business!

What is your favorite type of wine? (cab, chard,merlot,pinot,riesling,etc)

This is a tough question and undoubtedly depends on my mood and the meal I am having, but if I had to pick one type of wine to drink all the time, I would choose a dry white blend from either California, or Australia.

Where are your favorite places to drink wine?

My back porch, in a wine cellar, at a winery, Micky's Bistro, Lake Norman Cottage, North Harbor Club, and Alton's Kitchen.
