Haskell, Java, XSLT/XPath, R

How did you get interested in functional programming?

Via Dr. Fritz Solms at UP, got involved in the (failed) Haskell Study Group in 2012. Have been using some functional techniques in transformation languages (e.g. XSLT) for several years. Frustrated with the verbosity and error-prone-ness of day-to-day tasks in imperative languages (e.g. Java).

What is your highest level of education? There are no specific requirements, we have educations from high school up to PhD level and everything in between.
