What are the top programming languages you know well?

Probably Java unfortunately.

What are two of your favorite programming languages?

What's your favorite text editor?

Probably Sublime Text 2... I have vim configured but still have not made a good effort to switch to it.

What are three strategies you use to produce timely, working, reliable software?

A focus on getting something working. If a problem is really hard or time consuming, develop around it but keep it in mind as you develop a stack/system. This is perhaps the opposite of the first two, but try to build the best system you can the first time, but be pragmatic about it.

Currently develop in Groovy and Scala with a curious eye towards Clojure and Go.
