Don't know if his suggestion will help, or harm, but most mornings, when I get up, I squeeze a lemon and add a pint of warm/hot water, a bit of stevia, a spoonful of magnesium, half teaspoon of powdered Vitamin.C and about a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper, then drink it. While I DO NOT enjoy the addition of cayenne pepper, it really does a terrific job of clearing out mucous in the mouth and wherever!. Subscribe to www.mercola.com for great health advice, free, too!

Sorry to say that I won't make this one. I've had bronchitis for the last couple of days and even though it seems like I've turned a corner towards getting better (my lungs don't creak when I breathe anymore) I'm not up to going out just yet. Hope you all have fun.

Jennifer and I will both be attending. We really enjoy getting together with other freethinkers. We've learned a lot and made many friends as well. I hope we see you there!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
