Objects, landscapes, cars, folks I know, computer junk, and architecture are my usual subjects from behind the lens.
Sadly, I don't have any favorite places. I'm on the lookout for rusty old cars and the like.
Main gear: hands and eyes along with light and time. Everything else: Canon XTi with a Sigma[masked]mm f/[masked] EF lens and any of the lenses my lovely wife Blake will let me get my mitts on. Also Minolta X-700, my phone, and an Argus C3. For all you music-types: Godin LG p90 into Marshall and Peavey amps.
I use iPhoto for library management. I am versed in the ways of photoshop and use it for graphic design work but try to keep the emphasis on good pictures coming into the camera.
Artistically, music is my main forté; but I also like to shoot some photos here and there as time allows. I'm glad to be in the group because the assignments give me something to shoot and the other people's work have been inspiring.
