FREE Mom & Baby Workout at Holmstead Park!

Join other Moms & children for a fun and FREE workout led by Jessica Kennedy!

Every Monday we will meet at Jessica's house at[masked]A Avenue, then walk from there to nearby Holmstead park, which is less than 1km away.  Children can be in strollers or on their bikes.  The walk will count as the warm-up.  We will then stretch and do a circuit training workout at the park. 

Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, water and a snack for you and your kids.

Please note that Jessica is not a professional trainer. She is someone who loves working out and has generously offered to extend the invite to other Langley Active Moms!  This is a fun way to meet new mom friends and also enjoy a great workout.

You must supervise your own children.

* If you prefer to meet the group at Holmstead Park, you can enter from a trail off of 213 Street between 92B Ave & 93B Ave.  It's on the east side of the street beside a house with a gorgeous garden.

    My foot feels pretty good today so we are coming! I'll take it easy and only do the exercises that feel comfortable for me. Plus I'll take my camera so I can get some good pics! See you all soon :)

    I bring my almost 3 year old and my 1.5 year old and they just run around the whole time. There will e two other 3 year olds there tomorrow morning as well. It's a great day to be a toddler tomorrow!

    Hi Amanda! I bring my infant and two-year-old every week. We practically work out on top of a play area with lots of equipment for your two-year-old.

    Hi Mommas, my cast is finally off so I'm hoping to do this workout next week! I have a question for you though... my son just turned 2 and is VERY active. He usually doesn't like to sit in a stroller for too long. Is the park pretty open so that I could let him run around a bit but still keep an eye on him while I work out? Do any of you other Mommas bring 2 year olds to this workout? Thanks for your help! :)
