Hey friends! If any of you are interested, I'd be happy to teach a free beginners hatha yoga class in the park before the picnic! (It's better to do it before gorging yourself on food. :) ) I'd love to be able to share this practice with you. A few tips:
- Please wear clothing you can work out in and won't restrict your movement. You'll be inverted for a little bit so close-fitting clothing or a shirt that you can tuck in is recommended.
- Try not to eat for at least an hour and a half before the class starts.
- Come hydrated and bring a bottle of water.
- Please bring your own mat. I have 2 extra mats so it's okay if you don't have one, but please let me know by noon on Sunday if you need to borrow one. First come, first served!
We'll conclude with some deep relaxation, a breathing exercise and some meditation. Thanks, and hope to see you there!
