We eat shortly after 6:00 and then have a speaker at 7:00 and try to be wrapped up by 8:00.

The subject of her talk is “Why is it so important to stay hydrated?”
Your body depends on water for survival. Did you know that water makes up more than half of your body weight? Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to function correctly
Dr. F. Batmanghelidj. M.D. author of Your Body’s Many Cries for Water and You’re Not Sick, You’re Thirsty, states that “every disease is a stage of dehydration”.
Topics to be discussed:
• The symptoms of dehydration
• The connection between Dehydration, Oxidation and Inflammation
• What’s in your drinking water (demo)

Please do not judge the size of the crowd by the attendance list in meet-up. This group was started long before Meet-up and many have never joined. There are always at least 40 people in attendance and lots of times upward of 60-70. LOTS of great dishes to try. See you there.
