Meetup Description: Not Cooking with Janice and Cricket
this will be a repeat of our fermented foods class with the Perfect Pickler
We had lots of fun last time and really learned a lot so this class will go very smooth and you will learn a lot.
The class price of $55 includes the Perfect Pickler and a bag of sea salt.
During the class we will be filling your pickler with the food you decide to bring so you can take it home and let it ferment. Then we will be tasting the foods that Janice and I have already pickled.
Those will include pear ice cream, salsa, pickles, beets and turnips and maybe even some sauerkraut.
Please call me or e-mail me to register since the Meet Up page is not up to date on how many people are registered and would not know if there is room in the class or not. In addition when you register I will let you know your choices for foods to bring.
