Feb. 20 Meetup - Buttons & Menus / Waterfalls at Night!

From: Mark C.
Sent on: Friday, February 15, 2013 9:46 AM

Digital cameras are like small computers. They have many buttons and menu items. Fortunately most cameras have similar core items. This will be a discussion of what some of the basic menu choices are and how and when to use them to improve your photos.

There has been a lot of interest expressed for this topic so let's go for it. It's a good indoor discussion. But it should take less than an hour hopefully. So let's do some shooting!

After the discussion, let's walk/drive on down to the Preuss waterfall/fountain and see what the ice formations look like at night! We can have some fun with stuff like off camera flash, gels, light painting, flashlights, etc. Bring some gear and dress WARM!!
