Hi Ray, you mentioned you were interested in tools / sites. Smashing Magazine UX has great articles on UX and has been an industry standard for keeping up with UX trends. Twitter is also great because you get to see what UX is being talked about at any given moment. We can also have speakers come in about those topcis too.
