About our Speakers:
Lindsey Leavitt is a former elementary school teacher and present-day writer/mom to three (mostly) adorable girls. She is married to her high-school lab partner and lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is the author of the PRINCESS FOR HIRE series, SEAN GRISWOLD’S HEAD, GOING VINTAGE, & THE CHAPEL WARS.
Because of two parents who were Greek myth geeks, Brodi Ashton grew up thinking the latest fashion trends were inspired by Aphrodite, and a good conversational opener was, “So, which mythological character do you most resemble?” Despite these social shortcomings, she found friends who have chosen to stay with her, and family who didn’t have a choice. She lives in Utah with her two boys, who still have no idea why she’s at the computer all the time.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics. She is the author of the EVERNEATH series (HarperCollins/Balzer+Bray).
The general meeting begins at 10 am, speaker/program begins at about 10:30.
