LVRW - Social Media 101 w/Michelle Reilly

Michelle C. Reilly will go over the basics of Social Media. From how to start your own Facebook and Twitter accounts, to making a Facebook page. Tweets? #Hashtags? No problem! Wondering what to post and how to post it? You’ll get all that, too! Are you so busy that you can’t seem to post? That will be covered, too.

Make sure to bring your laptop, tablet, or other device and come early (the library opens at 10am) to get your Green Valley Library card so you can have internet access during this class. Literature will also be provided.

Michelle C. Reilly, a single mom of two boys, has lived in Las Vegas most of her life, excluding her years she was away while in the Navy. She spent ten glorious years as a Hospital Corpsman, Preventive Medicine Technician, mainly with the U.S. Marines Corps. She’s the published author of VARIANTS, The Anathergians Trilogy, Book One. Her second book in the series, WITCHES, will be out later this year. She’s also just published her first novella, NICO: THE ROGUE WARRIOR, An Anthergians Novella. She is the current VP Media Chair for the Las Vegas Romance Writers. In her other life, she’s been a web developer since the late ‘90s and works as a program specialist with data management.

Michelle did a great job. As a sometime dribbler of posts on FB, I learned a good deal of ways to promote myself.

Sorry! I just saw this. It wasn't one of the things I have listed, but I'd be happy to add it or talk to you about ads.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
