HackNight with The Las Vegas Ruby Group

Hack Night Agenda

6:00-6:30 PM - One-on-one help

This is the time to come ask questions, squash a bug or get Ruby setup on your machine. Bring your code, ask questions and help others troubleshoot problems. If you're an experienced ruby developer, this is a great time to give back.

6:30-9ish - Three options

1) Classroom Side - A classroom style session for learning great stuff. Tonight's session is: Introduction to Ruby Web Apps.

2) Project Side - A project based session where Alex Peachey will lead the development of Podium app.

3) Do your own thing (loner) - We've seen members get the most value out of more structured meetups. However, one can always come and work on their own stuff.

Hello, all. Given that we had such a small turnout at last night's HackNight, the current topic will be presented at the next HN meetup, in 2 week.

The topic will be Introduction to Ruby Web Apps, using Rack.
