Warm up will begin at 5a and our short meeting and intervals promptly at 5:15a. Meet us Wednesday morning, April 30th for our weekly track workout! Beginning to advanced distance runners (or walkers) welcome. We know it's early but it's always worth getting that speed work in early! This is a higher-intensity interval workout suited to your ability and goals. We'll go through a dynamic warm-up, 1+ mile warm-up run, complete a speed-based interval workout which changes weekly, then cool down at an easy pace. If you're looking to improve your running fitness, form and speed, this is a good place to be. Everyone is welcome! 2 for 1 coffee option at Grouchy Johns afterwards!
Please remember to bring a watch or stopwatch to keep track of your intervals. We do keep track of times and it's a great way to gauge progress.
