I'm retired, live on the east side of LV, 10 min. from the Strip. Available almost anytime to play standards, jazz, Latin, showtunes, etc. Would like to connect with an upright bass player, pianist, drummer, maybe a singer. Is this the place?
Jazz and classical guitar, arranger, orchestrator, conductor, etc.
I hope it generates a lot of interest among the widest variety of players style-wise
This is from an NBC TV show broadcast from too many years ago! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpWLoUgPx_8&playnext=1&list=PL69E0DD313A62930F&feature=results_main This one's from a 1965 live TV broadcast in Rio de Janeiro: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_n3lqwCzvw8&feature=em-share_video_user I retired before YouTube came along!
I'm guessing that a casino lounge might be amenable, especially if we buy lots of drinks!

Hi Chuck, looking forward to meeting and playing with you.
Hi Chuck,
I apologize for taking awhile to reply. Thanks for the compliment! We have had a lot of interest from both fans of documentaries and those make them. There hasn't been a need for any campaigning for members so far. Something about documentaries just seem to strike a chord with people. I hope you can attend one of our meetups. The first one is this Thursday :)
it was a pleasure to chat with you sir ,
Dear Chuck C, I saw opera in your wishlist and wanted to inform you that an opera group is performing "The Old Maid and The Thief" on March 5, 2011, at 7pm at the Starbright Theatre in Sun City, Las Vegas. I saw the show last month and it was very entertaining light opera in English. If you have any questions, you may email me at [masked]. Have a wonderful day! Mary Lou Elliot
