Is it just me or most R/E investor groups accomplish the same as if you went to college which is to do a lot of theory and discussion. Isn't there a R/E investor group that actually has fund raising deadlines and/or distressed asset securing goals but don't have the time to deal with the FDIC and would prefer a SBA federal contractor and IR firm like Globalcrossroadscapital.com to do the work for them?

Gee whiz for $1500 you can get convention space at Alexis Park Hotel's convention center and Emerald springs has decent space for $900 and the LVcc has conference facilities for something like $425 on the Strip. (that where our client office facilities are for Globalcrossroadscapital.com

We'd love to arrange commercial funding and or REO hard $ etc. but seem to encounter mostly illprepared people who don't know investor approval criteria.

Is there a way go around assigning contracts with the bank. I do wholesaling and I have to assign contracts and do transactional funding. Do you give training on that?
