Open House with Cuban food, African dance, Salsa, and beyond

Hey everyone,

As you know, I teach my Latin Dance classes at the Abundant life studio. It is a fabulous place to teach, and tomorrow (after we finish dancing tonight at A Piece of Havana until we can hardly stand), we will have an open house at the Abundant Life Studio tomorrow (Saturday, September 21), so you can see what you have been missing.

A Piece of Havana is catering, and Nicole, the owner, has assembled a crew of great instructors who will be giving you a glimpse of what they all do so well. There will be African Dance, liturgical dance, Singing, speaking the word, Ballet, jazz dancing, and of course, finishing it all off with Latin Dance (salsa, bachata, merengue).  We will do a sample class and of course in the midst of it all we will be dancing. So be ready to participate.

The doors open at 2; the program will begin at 2:30 and run about an hour or so. I suggest you get there in time for the festivities and the food. If you show up after 3, don't blame me if them folks have devoured the food. Don't say I didn't tell ya.

You will be able to sign up for classes, and meet all the folks who teach and of course those who dance.

The Abundant Life Creative Expressions Studio at 1800 Camden Road, Suite 203, you enter from the rear where you park. As soon as you get to Camden street, the building is on the corner of East and Camden. Drive across Camden, and at the first driveway on your left, it will say.. The Design Center. Turn in there, and park behind building and come up to the studio on the second floor.

Next Saturday, I will have a bootcamp/workshop at the Studio (September 28 from 11-1); for beginners and intermediates. Then we resume our next 5 week class series the following Tuesday (October 1). More details will be forthcoming, but reserve the dates.

I look forward to seeing "your face' in " the place."

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
