Give thanks for laughter!

Dear laughter friends,

The holiday season is upon us. And with it, stress and mixed feelings about all those family gatherings, social obligations, and lonely times - not to mention it's DARK OUT!!! Let's use laughter to bust through and experience gratitude for the present moment.

Be part of the laughter movement--Join us at the Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club to become a healthier and happier you! Fun warm ups, laughter exercises, a rollicking laughter flow, and a relaxation will leave you blissed out!

No Yoga mats needed. Adults and older teens of all levels of physically fitness are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for easier laughing.

Laughing with others is priceless. The Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club is $15 (sliding scale of $10-20 to make it affordable to more people).

Look forward to laughing with you on Monday!

In love and laughter, Annie and Liz

I'm thoroughly confused by what it is you do in this group...
Share funny stories? Tickling? Group games? Yoga?
Could you please elaborate in more detail? Thanks!

woops. Thanks for checking us out. No funny stories, no tickling. Yes group games and movement all with laughter involved. Yogic breathing but not hatha yoga asanas or postures. We have some regulars and lots of people who drop in once or occasionally, usually around 6-15 people. Hope this helps. More info at - website of the founder Dr. Kataria in India that covers the laughter yoga movement worldwide (there are over 6000 clubs).
