    No, laughter yoga is a general term. Sahaja Yoga is an organisation that exploits its members it seems.. members have been told to physically assault other family memebrs and leave families if they do not agree with the conditions that come later.

    This is a multi-million dollar organisation.. when you start to hear about the 'boots' or evil spririts that MAtajhi says you should beat out of children, then you may realise it's better to find a reputable yoga class and not this one..
