we still have a very heavy rain outside on 15/12/2013. So we will postpone today's laughing to 29/12 (Sunday) to laugh. Definitely the weather and the grass is much better for us to laugh & play~ can't wait to laugh with you all~
LAUGH LIKE A KID, PLAY LIKE A KID!
This time we try to start the laughter yoga & yoga meetup in Tamar Park.
Laughter Club is a non profit, non politics and non religious unit.
In this club, our certified laughter yoga teacher Nat (That's me) will lead you to have the laughter yoga activities.
Laughter Yoga Clubs were started by Indian physician, Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995 with just five people. Today, the Laughter Movement is widely accepted and has become a global phenomenon with over 6000 clubs in 60 countries. Realizing the tremendous power of laughter and its efficacy as the best prescription for wellness, Laughter Clubs have brought smiles and laughter in the lives of many people suffering from physical and mental and emotional upsets.
Language: Cantonese and / or English (depends on the participated Laughter people)

What we do?
3:30pm Meetup at Pacific Coffee inside Admiralty MTR Station
3:45-4:15 pm Laughter Yoga ( laughing aerobic exercises to help you to laugh like a kid)
4:15-4:45 pm Group Yoga (no yoga mat required to relax and reconnect your body)
If you want, we can have tea afterwards to rest & share :)
Where we do?
The location is at Tamar Park, Admiralty.
We will be wait together at 3:30pm at Pacific Coffee inside Admiralty MTR Station .

What to bring?
1. Water (Always good for keep yourself hydrated)
2. Tower if you need.
3. Wear anything comfortable to do exercise outdoor.
4. A set of clothes for change if you don't want the sweat follows you all night.
5. Anti Mosquito stuff.....
