How to Create Well-Being in All Areas of Your Life

This meeting will teach you how to create well-being in every aspect of your life.

Please RSVP! So we can prepare enough material to go around.  If you don't RSVP, we cannot guarantee you will get a copy of the written material!

COST: $7 for this meeting!  You can pay in cash, at the door.  Please bring exact change.  We manifested a beautiful space that meets all our needs at "Chapel of Roses."

One of the beautiful things about this group is that we all come from varied backgrounds and experiences, so that when we share, we learn NEW things!

Come explore with other like-minded thinkers. We will be reading, listening and watching source material and discussing some Universal Thoughts. We will be asking some "thinkers' questions." We will follow up with some interactive exercises, to open up your awareness to create more in your life.

Whether you are new or an experienced practitioner of the Law of Attraction, you will benefit from this meeting! We will incorporate other authors that access Universal Wisdom, such as Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Oprah Winfrey, Wayne Dyer, Louise Hays and others.

You will leave feeling connected with the other members and with a few "ah-ha" moments to use in your daily life. It is a great way to be around like-minded people.

    It was amazing how Sheldon and Amy helped me realize my poor time management also gives me space to relax when everything is falling apart. I see sleeping n relaxing essential to my happiness and well-being. No success would amount to the satisfaction I get from just relaxing my body. Time invested in sleeping or just relaxing will never be considered time wasted. I am so happy I went there cuz lately I have been having negative pep talk with myself about improving my time management.

    Just to recap some of the points we discussed last night:

    1. chief cause of unhappiness - stress
    2. how to switch stress - pivot - think about what you are grateful for - do a "rampage of appreciation"
    3. "this too shall pass" - every situation has an ending
    4. control stress by reprogramming your thought pattern - become conscious about what you think, what you say
    5. stop yourself from over-questioning, analyzing - you'll confuse yourself - learn to ask a question from the Universe, let go, and wait for an answer. Ask yourself a question right before you go to bed, and wait for the answer in the morning.
    6. learn the art of patience - if something is not going the way you want at the time, wait - sometimes your vibration is not aligned with what you want yet. Or you may get something better!
    7. try a Gratitude Journal - write down three things to be grateful for each day
