Great stretches to do at yoru office desk to reduce stress and fatigue
I've discovered a great informative website to share that helps us cope with the stress of everyday.
I know we've often talked about feeling overwhelmed and somewhat stressed throughout the work day. Often times we feel there's too
much to do in the 24 hours. So, it's important to schedule multiple breaks and pauses throughout the day to avoid that feeling.
Consider drinking 10-12 glasses of water throughout the day. Water is a healthy way to keep your body refreshed and vital. It also provides natural reminder to take "restroom" breaks to stretch and walk around a bit.
Another tip is this link to stretches (easily scheduled during the day to relief tension at your desk).
