April Meeting!

Dear Friends,

You are all cordially invited to attend our April get-together scheduled for this Sunday, April 27th, from 5-7 pm at John and Melissa Rebstock.  (other members offered their homes, and we will confirm those dates and locations for our May and June meetings - thank you!)

Also, if you have a business or are thinking of starting one, please consider renting out an exhibit booth at either of these two venues.  Each Sunday, Toni Horton, a member of this group, in collaboration with the Humane Society of Louisiana, will be hosting her wonderful flea/farmer's market, called Swap Meet NOLA in Mid-City, located in the parking lot of St. Margaret's, 3525 Bienville Street, New Orleans, from 10 am to 4 pm. For additional information or to rent a booth (they are only $35.00!), please visit her website: http://www.swapmeetnola.com/

Before going to John and Melissa's this Sunday, I would ask that you all stop by Toni's creation and support her dream!  There will be artwork; organic, handmade body lotions, shampoo and creams; and flea market items for sale! Please stop in and patronize these local micro-businesses!

You may also wish to promote your business by  renting a booth at the Humane Society's upcoming 6th Annual Veggie Fest, which will be held May 10-11th at the Healing Arts Center.  To rent a booth, please visit this site: http://nolaveggiefest.com/vendor-form/become-a-vendor/

To save a few dollars off the price of admission, kindly buy your tickets online here: http://nolaveggiefest.com/buy-tickets/
