It was nice to meet a bunch of like-minded individuals interested in tech but more local than LA or Culver City. Would've been nice for newcomers to know who to "check in" with to make it easier to get introduced to other people considering they usually have no connections to begin with. Nametag or LB Tech shirt or something?

Yeah, sorry about that. Usually there is Ali and David. Me and DW were kind of last min stand ins, not as good as the originals.

Hey folks! Mixture is this Wednesday, and we'd like you to help get the word out about this event and the new [larger] venue. If you haven't been to Harvelle's before, it's right below Congregation Ale House. Think of two or three people right now who should MIX with our diverse community of entrepreneurs, creative professionals, software polyglots, recruiters, and angel investors. Normally we would be filling up right now (30 RSVPs) but since we have more room we'd like to use it. BONUS: Tell your new recruits there's great live music afterward. We stayed last time and really enjoyed the first band that came on around 9pm.
See you then!
