So many of us who suffer with social anxiety try to eradicate it and then berate ourselves because the wretched feeling still exists.

Is this worth my time, money & energy? Absolutely, some of you have been to the first ‘Relaxives’ & have gained insight already. The benefit of hanging out in a safe place & relaxing into the day, allows you to move beyond the anxiety, to a place of fresh insight & thought.
Will I have to speak or take part in exercises? No, this day is for you & designed to help you to relax, feel connected to others & point you towards your innate health & well-being. If you don’t say a word or wish to contribute to the session - is entirely up to you - there’s absolutely no pressure or expectation from us. Everyone in the room will know what it’s like to feel anxious, the ‘Relaxive’ will be a place of zero judgement.
What if I don’t get it or it’s a waste of time in me coming along? Many of the worlds best teachers of the three principles, didn’t get it at first. This isn’t an intellectual learning & even if you don’t feel different by the end of the day, you’ll have started a journey, which will continue to unfold & show you more over a period of time. Plus, you may make new friends & find that you have time out from stressed & anxious thoughts.
