EAST BAY BIKE PATH

Get off the couch and join us for a "get the legs in condition bike ride". We'll start on the path at Haines Park, bike to the end in Bristol , pit stop at Dunkin Donuts , sit by the water for a break and then bike back. 18 miles total. Those wanting to do more can start at the Parkway lot at the end of the path on Veterans Parkway (27 miles). Those wanting to do less can park in Warren at the public lot across from the Fire Station and wait at the picnic table in front of YOUR BIKE SHOP which is right on the path and we will pick you up as we go by.(12 miles)

I'm double-booked with 2 bike rides for tomorrow, so will reluctantly cancel and go with the one I first signed up for (before our rain cancellation last week). Hope to do this ride with you guys in the near future....

Unfortunately I need to cancel. Bike needs tune up and I waited last minute. However, I live this idea and will join another time!

If you can't make the ride today, sign up for the ride on Sunday.

Current plans call for me to be in DC next weekend so I will cancel. Will follow the group and re-up if still room and my plans change. BTW, Kliby. You have some imaginative plans that are appreciated.

Hello, What does just after Metropolitan Park Drive mean? The path abuts my back yard and will be biking to the meeting place from Barrington. If I take the path do I go as far as crescent view drive? Bay Spring Drive or are we meeting in Haines Park?

I have to change my rsvp to a no. Husband made plans elsewhere, and I won't be back in time.

Oh Lord! I'm too old to keep up with three Meet-Up groups. I thought this ride was today, 4/19. Well, bike is repaired, at considerable expense, and I'm up. Might just as we'll check the temperature, get suited up and on my way. Guess I'll see you guys next week. Grumble, Grumble.

Where, exactly, are you meeting at Haines Park? I've been to two other meet ups and missed the group because they started from someplace else in the general vicinity.

I have not been on the bike yet and would love to join the group. I must, however, give a tentative acceptance since my son and his wife are expecting a child on 4/20 and I may be out of town. I will cancel if need be

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
