During episode 104 we completed a full run-through of the Lean Canvas with a great case study; an image of it would have been shared on meetup but it disclosed a lot about how awesome one of the LeanCoffee startups was.
For this week's session we'll take a hard look at the Lean Canvas and break down. We'll as why it was built as was, is and where there are pitfalls (if any) and where it can be improved. It's OK if you aren't totally familiar with the Canvas, we'll do a quick refresher.

Jonathan, I continue to work on space for upcoming meetings, DMZ is expanding to accomodate more startups..alas we lost the conference room as we could fit 5 leanists into that square footage :)
