Hi Leanists,
This week's meetup will revolve around a topic suggested by one of the team:
When is the right time to shift from a product focus to a marketing focus? In the lean methodology is this even a switch or more of a continuous fade? Are there any best practices?
Be prepared to come with some case studies, learnings and specific queries we can work out together.
While not perfectly on-topic, this article paints a good picture of a marketing approach based on the Lean method:

**We've had a few "no-shows" recently, which have been recorded. If you rsvp and don't come it means others can't attend because you took their spot. Be mindful of this or you will be kicked fromt he group. **

Hi All,
There is a large waiting list for LeanCoffee tomorrow. If you have RSVP'ed for tomorrow morning's session and don't show up you will be kicked from the group and will need to re-apply.
Looking forward to talking shop with all of you.

There is one thing that I understood after 10 years in marketing. The Best Marketing is Product Management. It's going to be an interesting subject to discuss... :)
