Here is another Thursday edition of Lean Coffee;  just A/B testing the best day of the week.

This  episode of LeanCoffeeTO will cover the topic of videogames.  With the "appification" of gaming there is a much smaller barrier to entry twith big wins to be had. Let's talk about how Lean game design/development differs from general products... or if lean in this arena is applicable at all.

Also, this weekend is TO Jam, The Toronto Independent Game Jam, so for anyone getting ready to jump into the fray this may help building a game that has market fit.

    Great conversation today. A couple of movie suggestions that have to do with gaming - Grandma's Boy (hilarious look at the lives of video game testers) & King of Kong (documentary about two guys competing for the world record for Donkey Kong, one of my favs) - both are hilarious, but have great insights into the minds and cultures of gamers..
