100 LeanCoffeeTO sessions.

Going back to the very first session, the loose mandate of this meetup group was to explore efficient product development and business practices at a point where the emergence of the Lean mentality was just about to take off -

Session #100 promises to be a special session as we welcome back some of the OG's to weigh in on what it has been like to be running Lean (or trying to) going back to September 2010.

Some topics up for discussion:

what are some of the most un-Lean things you did that had you kicking yourself?
where have you found the Lean Startup ethic lacking?
what have been the most difficult challenges around validating assumptions in practice?
what are some of the underrated aspects of Product Development that could be better brought to light?

This session will no doubt be celebratory, but in typical Lean Coffee fashion, we will be vigilant to keep it productive -

Coffee will be had, which may be a little stronger than usual, and we might run a bit past 9am.

Looking forward to seeing all of you out for this massive milestone.
