Great group of stellar people. Lot's of learning at events, and some good networking too. The workshop approach is great because people get a chance to see how other's work and get perspectives from outside their own organization. When you're a start-up you often have only a few opinions in the room, and being able to branch out is key. Talking to your customers helps but some of the topics are not things you can talk about your customers to.
