Kathryn Peters of TurboVote ([address removed]) has invited New York Legal Hackers to participate in tomorrow's Aaron Swartz Memorial Hackathon. It looks like it will be very interesting.

"Aaron Swartz, a visionary, a hacktivist and author of several technologies that form the backbone of the web, passed away recently. Aaron defied the powers that be, and fought for the free dissemination of information. Even though he is gone, his work will not be forgotten.

We invite you to celebrate Aaron's life and continue his work at a memorial hackathon this Sunday. Our challenge is to look for ways to continue Aaron's work through creative projects that can bring us closer to his vision of an open and free world.
