Introduction

I moved from UT to Allentown April 2007. I've made some great friends through this group and always looking to make more. I joined because I missed having people to drink champagne with when I want to celebrate, a shoulder to cry on during the rare

What do you like to do for fun?

I like variety. I want to see and do ALMOST everything. On the crafty side I knit and scrapbook. Love a good movie, play, opera, symphony, ballet... Love the outdoors, hiking, would love to get into Mt. Biking and to find jeep trails here.

What do you do for a living?

Marketing. Product Manager for a medical device manufacturer. LOVE IT!

What types of people would you like to meet?

I want to meet people who are real, who think being true to themselves and considerate to others is the most important things in the world. It's hard to find people who don't lie & play games. I'd rather be lonely than associate with people who do.

What do you think of the nightlife around the Lehigh Valley?

Don't know about nightlife here. Never been much for the club scene, but I enjoy going out dancing occassionally. Single scene.. ugh.. I've met some nice men here, but where are the men with minor and tolerable quirks? Since we all have them. ;)

Favorite places to check out locally or non local?

I can have a good time just about anywhere. Haven't found any place here that I could say is a favorite. I love to travel so favorites are wide spread. New Orleans is a treat and not just for the the French Quarter. Check out the swamp sometime.
